Smoked Salmon Brine

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon water
  • 1 cup non-iodized salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey

    • Directions

    1. All ingredients in a large kettle.
    2. Stir until sugars and salt dissolve completely (heat if necessary but cool before brining).
